Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About the Role:
Crusoe’s Data Center Infrastructure Engineering (DCIE) team sits at the heart of our AI mission. We build the software that powers and manages our global fleet of GPUs. As a New Grad, you won't just be maintaining systems—you’ll be building the automation and AI-driven tooling that keeps the world’s most powerful hardware running at peak performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Automate at Scale: Develop AI agents and software to automatically diagnose and repair hardware faults across massive NVIDIA and AMD GPU clusters.
Build the "Check-Engine" Light: Create deep-level observability and diagnostic tools to monitor the health of high-density compute systems.
Validate Performance: Build testing suites (using PyTorch and NCCL) to ensure systems are battle-ready before they hit production.
Bridge Software & Hardware: Develop automation for critical facility systems, including power management and advanced liquid cooling.
Own Your Impact: Take full ownership of your tools—from initial code to deployment and operational support.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Education: Completing a degree in Computer Engineering, CS, or a related field (Graduating Dec '25 – May '26).
Technical Chops: Proficiency in at least one of these programming languages Go, Python, Java, or Rust, with a solid grasp of distributed systems and cloud platforms (Kubernetes, GCP).
Bias for Action: The ability to identify a problem, build a scalable solution, and ship it.
Collaborative Mindset: Ready to "lean in" on complex technical initiatives and set the direction for specific projects.
Problem Solver: A hands-on approach to troubleshooting both software and hardware challenges.
