About This Role:
As a Project Development Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing project documentation, scheduling, budget tracking, and risk identification, directly contributing to our climate-friendly innovation in fields like AI. You'll work closely with the development team and various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and the smooth progression of initiatives.

What You’ll Be Working On:
Documentation Management: Organizing, managing, and updating project-related documents to ensure version control and accessibility.
Meeting Coordination: Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed minutes to drive accountability.
Project Reporting: Preparing dashboards, project reports, and status updates for the development team to visualize progress.
Financial Controls: Maintaining project budgets, identifying potential cost overruns, and meticulously tracking expenses.
Action Item Tracking: Recording and monitoring project action items to ensure no task falls through the cracks.
Risk & Roadblock Analysis: Analyzing risks and opportunities; collaborating with Technical Project Managers to identify and remove operational roadblocks.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicating project updates effectively to various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in project coordination, controls, or management.
Judgment: Demonstrates a high degree of foresight and mature judgment in planning and guiding extensive projects of importance.
Organizational Mastery: Strong organizational skills essential for managing multiple tasks, schedules, and resources simultaneously.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily; requires constant use of arms, hands, legs, and back.
Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.
Professional Mindset: A team player with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to take on additional roles as the company grows.
Bonus Points:
Direct experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Proficiency in advanced project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or Jira).
Experience with budget forecasting and cost-benefit analysis.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $XXX,XXX -$XXX,XXX + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
