About This Role:
Crusoe is seeking a Warehouse Lead: Electrical Components to join our Arvada manufacturing team. This role requires a meticulous, detail-oriented leader to manage the high-value, high-complexity electrical inventory that powers our modular data centers.
You will be responsible for the integrity and flow of thousands of sensitive components—from breakers and busbars to sophisticated control panels—ensuring that our electrical assembly teams operate with maximum precision. This is a critical function where technical accuracy in inventory directly impacts the reliability of our mission-critical infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Specialized Electrical Inventory Management Oversee the intake and organization of sensitive electrical components, ensuring all materials are stored in safe environments and maintained according to specific manufacturer or industry storage requirements.
Precision Kitting & Schedule Alignment Lead the kitting process for complex electrical assemblies, ensuring that control panel builders and electricians receive 100% accurate component packages delivered in strict accordance with the Production Schedule.
Sub-Assembly & Cross-Functional Coordination Manage the flow of work-in-progress (WIP) electrical sub-assemblies by working closely with Production and Engineering teams to ensure seamless transitions between build stages.
Technical Quality & Pre-Kitting Inspection Perform inspections of electrical hardware prior to kitting. Verify part numbers and physical specifications against the Bill of Materials (BOM) to catch discrepancies before they reach the production line.
ERP Data Integrity & Root Cause Analysis Maintain absolute accuracy within the ERP system for all inventory to prevent procurement delays. In the event of a variance, lead the root cause analysis to identify system or process gaps and implement corrective actions.
Procurement & Vendor Alignment Partner directly with the Procurement Department to coordinate vendor deliveries, ensuring critical and long-lead components arrive to support "Just-in-Time" (JIT) manufacturing needs.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Experience: 6+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 3 years specifically handling electrical, industrial control, or power distribution components.
Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort with digital inventory systems and the ability to interpret basic electrical BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of NEMA ratings and the specific handling requirements for sensitive power electronics.
Equipment Mastery: Proficiency in forklift and pallet jack operation within tight-clearance warehouse aisles.
Meticulous Detail: Exceptional organizational skills; the ability to maintain 100% accuracy in high-count component environments.
Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.
Bonus Points:
Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing environment (EMS).
Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection protocols and certification.
Experience using Lean Manufacturing tools like Kanban or Point-of-Use (POU) inventory replenishment.
