The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.
Main responsibilities:
Collect electronically stored data relevant for environmental monitoring trending report from all data sources
Verify that parameters, op. conditions and acceptance criteria are defined (per SOP)
Describe project details
Ensure data integrity and adherence to quality rules are regulations
Prepare data for analysis conducted by qualification expert
Schedule formal consolidated review & approval meetings
Ensure all reports comply with global and local quality regulations and standards
Write comprehensive report content using provided templates CMS

About you.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance and manufacturing process functions within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology sectors. Experience in environmental monitoring and critical utility systems is required
Soft skills: Proficient in attention to detail, Organizational skills, Time management, Written communication, Problem-solving abilities, Teamwork and collaboration, Adaptability, Accountability and consistency, Basic analytical thinking
Technical skills: LIMS, Word, Excel, Power Point; Experience in a Pharmaceutical GxP environment, preferred experience in environmental monitoring activities and industrial microbiology.
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in pharmacy, engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field).
Languages: You have an advanced level of english communication and writing; proficiency in one of the listed languages preferred: Spanish, Portuguese or French
