At ENMAX, theSustainabilityAnalystwillfacilitatethe implementation and ongoing improvement of the Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework through data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting. This role will support ESG disclosures,governanceand sustainability initiatives to further integrate Sustainability across ENMAX.The Sustainability Analyst will have the opportunity to work across all areas of the business in this collaborative, cross-functional role where they will have input into how ENMAX advances sustainability.
Participate inthe implementation of ENMAX’s ESG framework by collecting, analyzing,validating,and documentingESG and environmental performance data in alignment with corporate strategy.
Contributeto thepreparation of ESG reports and disclosures, including the annual Sustainability Report, through data compilation, analysis, documentation, and review, and coordination with internal stakeholders
Perform quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC) on environmental and ESG metrics,identifyingdata gaps, anomalies, and opportunitiesfor process and data quality improvements.
Collaborate with internal business units to improve data collection processes, documentation, and consistency, and governanceof sustainability metrics.
DevelopESG benchmarking and analysis by reviewing reporting frameworks, monitoring peer performance, tracking emerging ESG trends and requirements, and assessing strategic implications to inform adoption of best practices at ENMAX.
Assistwith development and maintenance of ESG and environmental dashboards, working with data visualization specialists andindependently preparing charts, tables, and visual outputsas.
Bachelors orMastersdegree in Sustainability, Business, Engineering, Economics, Environment, Finance,Laworanotherrelevant discipline.
Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstratedknowledge ofESG reporting and disclosure standardsand frameworks(GRI, SASB, ISSB, TCFD, CDP)
Excellentcommunication, organizational, and timemanagement skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

Location: This role will be part of ourhybrid work model that includes Core Days in office (Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays), and more time to focus on Mondays and Fridays, either in the office or at home. Theoffice workspaceislocatedat ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB).
