mechanical structures for wear, damage, or misalignment.

Troubleshoot mechanical faults in turbines
including hydraulic, braking, and drive train systems<\/b>.
<\/li>Replace or repair faulty components such as bearings,
shafts, couplings, and hydraulic systems<\/b>.
<\/li>Conduct routine lubrication, torque checks, and
alignment of mechanical equipment.
<\/li>Assist engineers during installation,
commissioning, and major component replacement<\/b>.
<\/li>Maintain proper documentation of inspections,
maintenance, and repairs.
<\/li>Ensure all work is performed according to OEM
guidelines and safety procedures<\/b>.
<\/li>Work at heights while climbing turbine towers and
performing maintenance inside nacelles.
<\/li>Follow strict HSE and lockout/tag out (LOTO)
procedures<\/b>.

Requirements<\/h3>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Diploma or ITI in Mechanical
Engineering or Mechanical Technology<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>3–7 years experience in wind
turbine maintenance /power generation projects<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of gearboxes,
hydraulic systems, bearings and turbine mechanical systems
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with OEM
turbines such as Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, GE, Nordex<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work at heights
and in confined spaces.
