The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for maintaining, engaging, assisting, and monitoring the call queue for the Inside Sales team members. The supervisor will work closely with leadership to ensure that the team meets and exceeds customer expectations and to produce best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members and manage time as efficiently as possible.
- Monitor the team's performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to better assist them
with closing sales and providing best-in-class customer experience.
- Work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to leadership as necessary.
- Handle escalated calls from customers requiring supervisor assistance.
- Responsible for closing and securing entry points to the building at the end of the shift.
- Provide direct support to new hires through onboarding and initial training periods
- Reinforce training content through coaching, observation, and feedback
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our solar products and services.
- Present and explain pricing, financing options, and incentives.
- Actively engage in lead generation activities, including participating in events, promotions, and networking.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Present and explain pricing, financing options, and lead company incentives with the team
- Manage team follow ups and outbounds on leads generated through various channels.
- All other duties are assigned.

Qualifications:
- Background in Sales with a proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Must be in good standing in their current position.
- Experience managing a call center is preferred.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred.
- Willingness to get NABCEP certified within the 1st year of employment.
