Summary
This position is located in the administrative division performing analytical and operational work in support of the Commercial Services Program.
Major Duties
Monitor commercial operators to ensure they follow required rules, policies, and contract terms. Conduct on-site evaluations of concession facilities and operations. Provide guidance and support to park staff, business partners, and the public; respond to routine inquiries and complaints. Collect and analyze financial, operational, and customer-feedback data to identify trends, verify information provided by operators, and recommend improvements.
