Summary

Major Duties
Provides accurate and reliable support for administrative functions at units and other subcluster sites. Supports the Unit's Superintendent's office, provides updates on administrative topics, establishes and maintains office files; schedules events/meetings. Primary administrative point of contact for the unit, oversight of various administrative processes, which may include processing financial, procurement, property, human resources, and other administrative forms or documents. Collects data for the unit's operating budget, consolidates material into an annual unit budget; sets up controls to monitor expenses during the year; and changes in the availability of funds while working closely with the budget analyst. Serves as the primary timekeeper; reviews time and attendance reports for employees and ensures that reports are correctly entered into the Quicktime system. Maintain files and training certificates, responds to and resolves issues involving Quicktime Administration. Serves as advisor on procedures for the procurement of goods and services, and within delegated authority purchases supplies, equipment, and services for the unit utilizing a purchase card, or a blanket purchase agreement under micro-purchase authorities.
