Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing HSSE programs, policies, and procedures at site and office locations.
- Support workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Assist in incident reporting, investigation documentation, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor HSSE performance data and support preparation of monthly HSSE reports and statistics.
- Help maintain HSSE documentation, permits, registers, and filing systems for audit readiness.
- Support safety awareness initiatives including toolbox briefings, campaigns, and training coordination.
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices at operational areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate or with less than 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Basic knowledge of OSHA/HSSE principles and Malaysian regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
