What You'll Have:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental design, environmental management, or environmental engineering within construction, infrastructure, mining, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance standards, and environmental impact mitigation practices.
- Experience in mining or major earthwork projects is highly preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Environmental Engineer to join our team.
The role responsibilities include:
- Establish and align on clear project environmental objectives, performance targets, and compliance requirements in accordance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Lead and provide technical environmental support throughout the project lifecycle, including reviewing and evaluating construction methodologies to ensure environmental compliance.
- Oversee and manage environmental performance of all site-based personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and visitors, ensuring adherence to environmental management plans and procedures.
- Conduct and coordinate environmental monitoring activities, inspections, and contractor-performed testing to verify compliance with required environmental standards during the project execution phase. Testing may include soil, groundwater, surface water, air quality, and gas monitoring.
- Supervise environmental and hydrological control investigations, particularly within mining and large-scale earthwork projects, ensuring proper mitigation measures are implemented.
- Prepare comprehensive environmental reports detailing inspection findings, risk assessments, corrective and preventive actions, and overall compliance status, and present clear recommendations to the Client and the PM/CM under the PCM team to support informed decision-making and regulatory adherence.
- Investigate hazardous material spills or environmental incidents, perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and ensure proper documentation and regulatory reporting.
- Calibrate and maintain environmental monitoring instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain proper documentation related to hazardous waste management, chemical handling, environmental permits, and personnel exposure records.
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal compliance reviews as required.
