Reporting to the Director of Safety & Compliance, you will help assess, design, and enhance EHS initiatives, driving a strong safety and compliance culture across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience leading safety programs in a plant-based manufacturing environment, with a proven ability to conduct root cause analysis, manage incident investigations, and implement corrective actions. Success in this role will come from a collaborative, engaged approach and a willingness to be deeply involved in the operation rather than operating purely at a strategic level. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to work, influencing teams in real time, and helping shape a culture of continuous improvement.
