We have a terrific leadership opportunity to lead our Facilities Management and Environmental Health and Safety functions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide strategic direction and oversight for all the facilities within the 12th District (five buildings and one leasing arrangement). This includes facilities management, construction projects, engineering, and oversight of other facility-related efforts across the Bank.
Primary Accountabilities:
Lead Facility Management’s functions, including ConstructionProjectsand Space Planning, Building Operationsand Engineering,Vendor Management,Tenant relations, Leasing arrangements, and EHS ensuring alignment with Bank strategy andobjectives.
Establish a strategic roadmap and multi-year planning forecast to include identification of all capital and investments for infrastructure, Bank initiatives, customer needs, and staffing.
Overseethe Group’sfinancial managementfunction including budgeting, procurement, billing, contracts, and asset management ensuring alignment with local and System budgetobjectives.
Build and sustain productive and collaborative relationships with customers, Bank and System colleagues, the Board of Governors, and other regulatory agencies.

Must be able to work on site full time from any of our branch locations.
Base Salary Range: Min $255,000.00 Mid $330,500.00 Max $406,000.00 USD Annual (Location: San Francisco) Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
