Shape safer, greener plants across the Eastern region
Picture your Monday: you’re on the floor of a Food & Specialty facility, walking a line with operators, coaching on a near-miss, and planning a cross-audit for next week. By Wednesday, you’re reviewing accident investigation quality with a Plant Manager and aligning monthly KPI reporting before presenting insights to the EHS Director. Friday closes with sustainability data reviews and an action plan to advance Trivium’s long-term goals. That’s the rhythm of this multi-site role.
Reporting to the EHS Director and grounded in our Core Values of Passion, Teamwork, and Excellence, you will lead Health & Safety, Environmental Compliance, and Sustainability performance for plants across the Eastern region—while supporting other H&S initiatives and projects as needed.
