- Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with the organization's goals and industry best practices
- Lead environmental impact assessments and carbon footprint calculations for the resort's operations
- Design and oversee waste management, energy efficiency, and water conservation programs
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainable practices across all aspects of the resort
- Engage with stakeholders, including guests, employees, and local communities, to promote sustainability awareness and initiatives
- Manage sustainability-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
- Analyze sustainability performance data and prepare reports for management and external stakeholders
- Stay current with environmental regulations and sustainability trends in the hospitality industry
- Train and educate staff on sustainability practices and their importance to the organization
