The Manager of Proposal/Design leads the creation of technical designs and proposals for solar projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. Must have experience working with US Clients and BPOs.
- Develop and manage detailed proposals and designs for solar projects(Strong Command in all relevant Software).
- Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
- Manage the design process from concept to final submission.
- Support business development by providing technical expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, Aurora).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
