Senior AI Product Manager - Scalable SaaS Environment (f/m/d)

As a recruitment partner to an innovative, fast-scaling SaaS organization, we are supporting the search for a next-generation Product Manager who operates at the intersection of product strategy, automation, and applied AI.
This is not a traditional PM role. Our client is redefining how product organizations operate, by leveraging AI to compress workflows, automate discovery, accelerate decision-making, and dramatically increase output per headcount.
About the role
You will act as an AI-augmented product leader, orchestrating the full product lifecycle with intelligent tooling embedded into daily workflows. From discovery to delivery and optimization, AI is not an add-on, it is your operating system.
You will design scalable product processes that minimize manual overhead, reduce dependency bottlenecks, and enable faster, data-informed decisions across cross-functional teams.
More precisely, you will:
- Driving product strategy and roadmap definition using AI-assisted market analysis, trend synthesis, and competitive benchmarking
- Leveraging generative AI tools to automate user research synthesis, PRD drafting, stakeholder documentation, and release communication
- Using predictive analytics and machine learning insights to prioritize backlog and forecast impact
- Building internal AI workflows that streamline experimentation, A/B testing analysis, and feature validation
- Partnering with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams while reducing coordination overhead through automated reporting and real-time dashboards
- Identifying automation opportunities across the product organization to increase efficiency and reduce repetitive manual processes
Ideal Profile
- Strong background in SaaS or tech product management
- Proven experience integrating AI tools (LLMs, analytics platforms, automation systems) into product workflows
- High leverage mindset: you think in systems, scale, and efficiency
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Data-driven, outcome-focused, and execution-oriented
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to operate autonomously
- Fluent German is ideal, fluent English is a must
