Experience
8+ years within operations, planning, resource or project delivery (wind, construction, or field-based services preferred)
Solid people leadership experience in a matrix environment
Proven track record with workforce planning, KPI governance, and data-driven decision-making
Strong understanding of utilization, cost drivers, and operational performance levers
Experience driving digitalization, automation, or system transformation initiatives
