Senior Product Manager, AI – Full Time Position
TerraPower is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Products to drive value creation and product leadership for two of the company’s most strategic digital initiatives:
- Palantir Platform Deployment & Expansion
- Core Commercial Software Deployment and Go-to-Market
This role is accountable for ensuring TerraPower realizes measurable operational and economic value from its digital investments. The Senior Product Manager will define and deliver high-impact use cases that improve decision-making, traceability, schedule certainty, and long-term fleet economics.
In addition to product ownership, this individual will serve as TerraPower’s internal lead for coordinating cross-functional teams, clearing blockers, maintaining execution timelines, and making product direction decisions necessary to translate digital capabilities into real-world outcomes.
This role operates at the intersection of engineering, construction, supply chain, IT, business development, and executive leadership. The Senior Product Manager will report to the Director of Digital Products & AI and play a central role in shaping TerraPower’s digital product portfolio for First of a Kind delivery and fleet deployment.
Responsibilities
Value Creation & Product Ownership
- Own measurable value realization from TerraPower’s Palantir platform and Core Monitoring Software.
- Define and prioritize high-impact use cases that improve decision-making, traceability, schedule certainty, and fleet economics.
- Establish and track KPIs tied to operational and economic outcomes.
- Continuously refine roadmap based on realized value, adoption, and business needs.
Palantir Platform Leadership
- Serve as product owner for TerraPower’s Palantir deployment and roadmap.
- Coordinate internal teams, clear blockers, and maintain execution timelines to ensure value delivery.
- Translate operational needs into deployable use cases and product direction.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, construction, supply chain, IT, and leadership.
- Ensure adoption and measurable impact from deployed capabilities.
Core Commercial Software Portfolio – Deployment & Market Positioning
- Support deployment and productization of TerraPower’s Core Commercial Software Portfolio.
- Work with SMEs to translate engineering and physics requirements into clear product direction and roadmap.
- Partner with technical teams on integration strategy and system requirements.
- Support positioning, adoption strategy, and long-term commercialization planning.
Strategic Product Leadership
- Align digital product roadmap with TerraPower’s broader digital twin and AI strategy.
- Support business case development and executive decision-making.
- Help shape TerraPower’s long-term digital product portfolio and value strategy.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of product management experience in complex technical or industrial environments.
- Experience managing enterprise software or data platform deployments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business value through digital products.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across engineering, IT, and operations.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in nuclear, energy, aerospace, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with digital twin, data platforms, or AI-enabled engineering environments.
- Experience supporting product commercialization or go-to-market strategy.
- Familiarity with NQA-1 or other regulated software quality environments.
- Experience working with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise platforms helpful but not required.
- Understanding of export-controlled information considerations in technical environments.

Salary Range Level 11: $125,257 - $208,762
* We typically place offers in the lower to middle portion of the range to maintain internal equity and allow room for growth. Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual’s qualifications experience.This range is specific to Washington State.
