Summary
This position is located in Boston National Historical Park, in the Management Division. A selectee receiving a first appointment to the Federal Government (Civil Service) is entitled only to the lowest step of the grade for which selected. The display of a salary range on this vacancy shall not be construed as granting an entitlement to a higher rate of pay.
Major Duties
Provides leadership and oversight to interdisciplinary teams (business services, visitor services, law enforcement, maintenance, resources planning and preservation) to achieve vision. Assumes full responsibility for developing plans/project information leading to executing programs that involve planning, architecture, landscape preservation, resource management, visitor experience, etc. Facilitates strategic planning to identify park priorities, staffing needs, budgets and implemention of work programs. Fosters partnerships to leverage resources to achieve common goals.
