Cleantech Civils is expanding and looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team , supporting projects across Dublin, Kildare, and Bray. We offer flexible working arrangements and an excellent remuneration package for the right candidate.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Risk management.
· Financial reporting including CVRs.
· Budget forecasting.
· Maximising cash flow.
· Client liaison.
· Report into the Commercial Director.
· Processing of timely submissions for payment.
· Liaising with Project managers to ensure beneficial outcome on all projects.
Selection Criteria / Person Specification:
· Relevant Third Level Qualification/Equivalent.
· Experience with subcontractor package preparation and procurement.
· Post contract subcontract management experience, Inc. valuations/final account negotiations.
· Ability to multi-task across projects.
· Strong commercial awareness and excellent client liaison skills.
· Ideally 3+ years’ Commercial experience working for a main contractor with a civil engineering background and experience with various types of contract
forms.
