The Role
We are currently seeking am enthusiastic casual Reservations Assistant to
join our Reservations department. This role is the first point of contact for many of our guests and is responsible for delivering an exceptional level of service and care to all guests over the phone in a courteous and professional manner.
This role is phone based, supporting both Peninsula Hot Springs and Metung Hot Springs.
You will join our passionate team on site at Fingal, where you will be managing guest queries
and reservations.
About You
Your passion for tourism and customer service is key in this role!
Experience in a reception, reservations, administration
or customer service based role is preferable with the ability to multi-taskm have good attention to detail and handle a high volume of calls.
Guest satisfaction is paramount and your strong work ethic and passion for
customer service ensures you every success.
