We’re hiring a part-time Waste Remedy Agent Trainee to join our Puget Sound Team! This position starts at $21–$24 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings based on recycling recovery efforts.
We’ve been building service in this market over the past year, so this role begins part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role as routes and accounts continue to expand.
This is independent, physical work done outdoors at multifamily properties, so it’s a great fit for someone who likes staying active and working on their own.

Position Details:
- Schedule:
- Approximately 25-29 hours per week to start
- Start time: 4:00 AM, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
- Responsibilities:
- Navigate daily routes in a company-provided box truck.
- Sort trash and recycling, clean enclosures, and handle furniture or appliances.
- Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150+ pounds.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of relevant driving experience.
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
- Reliable attendance and communication.
