As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems, with a focus on heat pumps and hybrid solutions. You will work closely with our project management and service teams to ensure efficient and high-quality installations, contributing to our mission of providing sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilites- Install HVAC systems, including heat pump and hybrid systems, in residential properties
- Follow installation guidelines and specifications to ensure proper system operation
- Measure, cut, and install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring
- Connect HVAC units to ductwork, electrical power, and refrigerant lines
- Test installed systems for proper operation and identify any issues
- Understand system failures from customers and solve issues in a timely manner for the customer
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of installation materials
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on the job site
Qualifications:- Experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Section 608 Certification required
- TDLR HVAC certification required
Physical and Environmental Requirements:- Ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday.
- Must be comfortable with heights and working in hot and cool climates.
