The project:
This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
Support the development and delivery of Group-wide health, safety and wellbeing policies, standards and strategic plans.
Enable effective local implementation by guiding operational teams and managing day‑to‑day H&W programmes.
Collaborate with HR, HSW and wider stakeholders to ensure consistent, high‑quality support across all geographies.
Manage supplier performance to meet agreed quality, time and budget expectations.
Analyse data from audits, surveys and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion Mace’s net‑zero and sustainability commitments.
You’ll need to have:
Degree qualification is essential with 20-25 years experience.
Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
