DescriptionAs an Analyst for Product Environmental Compliance (PEC), you will support global PEC programs and ensure compliance with emerging and amended product-related environmental legislation. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, assisting with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) initiatives, and contributing to governance and oversight activities across global operations.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Assist the Global Waste Laws Manager with sustaining operations of the Extended Producer Responsibility Program.
Support EPR Global Management by attending meetings, sending communications, tracking action items, and completing follow-up activities.
Aid in internal/external audits for global legal entities by tracking action items, following up on open findings, and preparing/updating Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
Conduct research using Chemical Watch and/or C2P subscription services to identify upcoming or changing EPR laws and summarize new obligations.
Support new EPR implementations/projects and updates as needed.
Contribute to product and packaging labeling standardization and compliance initiatives.
Monitor and maintain the regulatory tracking tool for PEC-related laws.
Prepare presentations and updates on PEC topics for meetings.
Assist the Enterprise PEC team on projects to enhance governance and oversight activities.
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental Engineer or related field
Fluency in English (B2+); additional languages are a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, etc.).
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience in sustainability, environmental compliance, or related fields.
Familiarity with regulatory tracking tools and PEC-related legislation.
Knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility programs
