SUMMARY
Method Flow, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a Material Handler II position. This position must have the desire to perform quality work in a safe manner, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI’s) for consistency.
- Reconcile cycle count results and request approval to make system corrections
- Perform material transactions i.e., Misc. Receipts and Misc. Issues
- Research material on-hand discrepancies that are encountered outside the cycle count program
- Verifies the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming orders.
- Review daily incoming material receipts for production shortages
- Responsible for 5S implementation in warehouse locations
- Responsible for documentation related to principal responsibilities
- Enter job material issues from job pick lists in production to maintain daily inventory on hand accuracy
- Secure inventory – support material distribution process followed for production and R&D requirements
- Performs annual physical inventory
- Responsible for keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular inspection.
- Maintain an accurate and functional warehouse by following all shipping and receiving processes.

- Help and assist in all regional offices for Inventory/Warehouse roles
- Performs annual physical inventory
- Responsible for keeping a well-maintained and organized stock and inventory.
- Pull material to fill project needs and deliver to the project location
- Support the outside sales team by completing quotes and sales requests, as necessary.
- Support customers by pulling and staging will call orders, issue sales orders, and complete fulfillments as required.
- Maintain an accurate and functional warehouse by following all shipping and receiving processes
- Keep the sales area and warehouse clean, organized, and free of clutter.
- Must follow good housekeeping practices.
- Must label products and place them accordingly in the correct location as referenced by Roeslein
- Responsible for keeping a well-maintained and organized stock and inventory.
- Handling returns by completing documentation and other required communication.
- Responsible for keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular inspection.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products.
- Pull material to fill project needs and deliver to the project location.
- Must follow training and company procedures.
- Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Must follow good housekeeping practices.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- 5-7 years’ experience in the field
- Oracle ERP experience preferred or other ERP systems
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented; commitment to a culture of performance and excellence is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Strong computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs are required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in an office and in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as: dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods of time is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis is required.
