To further our mission, we are actively seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Global Strategy Manager to join our team. This position will be a key contributor towards growing a well-funded start-up to scale 10X+ in revenue over the coming years.
In this role, you’ll be reporting to the VP of Strategy, working to evaluate and prioritize the company’s product roadmap and long-term growth opportunities to support both near term operational objectives and longer-term commercial success. Your partnership with internal teams will be crucial in ensuring success.

What you’ll do
As a Manager on Infravision’s Global Strategy Team, you will work to identify business needs, evaluate and prioritize new product and new market opportunities, and define long-term direction for Infravision’s growth. You will be responsible for building our new product framework, including idea intake, evaluation, and make/buy analysis, and work on inorganic growth opportunities including M&A and Strategic Partnerships / JV’s globally, including:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Prioritization:
- Evaluate and prioritize the company’s long-term product roadmap to balance near-term operational objectives with long-term commercial strategy.
- Build and own the product strategy framework, including idea intake, evaluation criteria, and prioritization
- Lead assessment of new product opportunities through structured analysis of customer value, market size, competitive dynamics, and internal capabilities
- Partner with Product, Regional Operations and Finance teams to ensure Infravision’s product roadmap is aligned with the needs of the business focused on operational success and technology differentiation for today and the future
- Long Term Growth & Market Expansion Strategy:
- Analyze long-term growth opportunities across new markets by maintaining a current view of global market trends, competitors, and regional capability
- Build and maintain a SWOT analysis for current and high probability future markets
- Support development of multi-year strategic plans, including market entry strategies and investment theses
- Provide data-driven recommendations to the Chief Strategy Officer and executive team
- Corporate Development & Inorganic Growth:
- Support evaluation of inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures across global markets
- Develop complex financial models to support M&A, scenario planning, due diligence, and valuing global investment opportunities
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and external advisors to support deal execution and integration
- Cross-Functional Decision Support
- Develop clear, concise materials for executive decision-making, including business cases, investment memos, and strategy presentations
- Facilitate decision making process to support timely decision making with input from required stakeholders
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards that track progress against strategic priorities, product initiatives, and growth objectives
- Financial Modeling: Developing complex models for M&A, scenario planning, and valuing global investment opportunities.
- Strategic Planning & Analysis: Manage KPI dashboards, support leadership reviews, and build narratives for executive leadership updates.
What we are looking for
- A self-starter who possesses the following characteristics: smart, inquisitive, ethical, bias for action, willingness to experiment and learn from mistakes, ability to be highly effective operating in ambiguity with minimal direction and supervision
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including mastery of spreadsheet and presentation tools (Microsoft, G-Suite) and proficiency with AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT to accelerate research, problem solving, and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with exceptional problem-solving,
- Willingness to travel 10 - 15% to support global strategy objectives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy. Experience working with the electric power industry, specifically Transmission & Distribution utilities or contractors, is a strong plus.
- A BS degree in Finance, Economics, or a relevant technical field is required.
