The Americas technology team supports complex trading, risk, and financial platforms that underpin critical business functions. The environment is highly collaborative and structured, with close coordination between infrastructure, application development, finance, and risk teams. Current initiatives focus on modernizing mark-to-market (MTM) calculations and enhancing position and risk management capabilities through the implementation of FORS/MORS platforms. This role plays a key part in enabling secure, compliant, and audit-ready infrastructure to support these transformations.

How You Will Make An Impact:
- Design and implement secure, role-based access models aligned with enterprise security policies across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments
- Define and configure RBAC frameworks, including privileged access controls for developers, testers, and business users
- Develop access matrices, provisioning workflows, and audit-ready documentation packages
- Provision and configure UAT environments to support Phase 2 (managerial) and Phase 3 (financial accounting) platform migrations
- Configure and validate interfaces and data feeds between FOX, FORS/MORS, and downstream systems (e.g., PRIMAs, MARX, Oracle GL, Lakehouse, RDB, EDW)
- Support environment refreshes, data loads, deployment cycles, and connectivity validation
- Produce infrastructure readiness reports, validation documentation, and performance/stability assessments
- Provide hands-on support during QA, UAT, and go-live events, including issue investigation and infrastructure sign-off
- Deliver deployment scripts, implementation runbooks, and post-deployment stabilization documentation
Are you a proven infrastructure professional with deep expertise in secure financial systems environments?
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, environment management, or enterprise platform support
- Demonstrated experience implementing role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management in regulated environments
- Hands-on experience supporting QA, UAT, and production deployments for enterprise financial systems
- Experience configuring and validating system interfaces and data feeds across complex downstream ecosystems
- Strong understanding of infrastructure compliance, audit documentation, and security validation processes
- Experience supporting trading, risk, or financial accounting platforms preferred
- Fluent Japanese and English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to collaborate with global stakeholders across business, technology, and risk teams
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce audit-ready artifacts and deployment runbooks
- Experience working in hybrid, enterprise-scale banking or financial services environments
