Be responsible for delivering different environmental consultancy projects including Environmental Team (ET), Independent Environmental Checker (IEC), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Contamination Assessment projects
Provide client, stakeholder and public consultation; and provide advice and solutions, to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of clients
Be responsible for project delivery including time, cost, co-ordination, stakeholder management
Maintain key client retention; and anticipate needs of existing clients and pursue development within the portfolio
Involve in the preparation of bid submissions
Strengthen the business network of internal contacts within ANEWR

Requirements

Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or related discipline
Knowledgeable in the ET / IEC and EIA processes and requirements in Hong Kong
At least 7 years of practical experience in delivering and report preparation for ET/IEC, EIA and contamination assessment projects gained in consultancy setting
Membership of professional institution e.g. HKIE, CIWEM, HKIQEP or similar organization is preferred
Demonstrable track records of coordinating large complex multi-disciplinary projects as well as delivering projects to time, cost and quality
Independent, proactive, result-oriented and able to handle multi-task under tight programme
Excellent problem-solving skills â¢ Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Environmental Consultant
