Position Overview
Spartan Solar is seeking a motivated entry-level Solar Technician to join our residential installation team in Yuma, AZ. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in solar energy, construction, or electrical work. No prior solar experience is required—training will be provided.
Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of residential solar PV systems

Work on rooftops and ground-level tasks under the direction of a lead installer

Load, unload, and stage materials and equipment

Use basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications

Entry-level position; no solar experience required

Construction, roofing, or electrical experience is a plus but not required

Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather conditions

Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable transportation to job sites
