The Branch Manager will be reqired to run the branch successfully, working on the shop floor and in constant contact with customers and staff. Responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the branch and maintaining stock of the branch at the required levels. Be responsible to completely manage the finance & administrative functions of the branch (Debtors, creditors, IBT’s & general admin functions).
Required skills and knowledge:
- Matric
- Min 5 years retail branch management experience
- Essential customer service and communication skills
- Finance experience (Debtors, creditors, IBT’s & general admin functions)
- Product and application knowledge, including ability to read catalogues
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literate: MS Office
- Well-spoken and presented (fluent in English)
- Good communicator
- Excellent sales skills with proven track record
- Persuasive, persistent and result driven
- Leadership skills
- Professional and mature individual
