Requirements

- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Comfort engaging homeowners in person
- Hungry, coachable, and performance-driven
- High accountability and self-discipline
- Ability to operate independently within a team structure
- Ability to handle objections, create urgency, and ask for the sale
- Integrity-driven with zero tolerance for misrepresentation, shortcuts, or unethical behavior
- Willingness to work evening and weekends, when the real money is made
- Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
Preferred
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience including solar, home improvement, automotive, real estate, consultative, or door-to-door (D2D) sales
- Valid driver’s license, and personal vehicle
