The Outside Sales Engineer reports to the SYSS Sales Director and has dotted-line collaborative responsibility with the European Business Support organization.

You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You focus on priorities and set stretch goals. For This Role, You Will Need:
- Power industry fluency and application knowledge is mandatory.
- Proven track record of direct selling in a complex technical and commercial sales environment.
- Degree level in Engineering discipline (B.Sc. or higher) or equivalent.
- Good communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing - Dutch as well as English fluency required.
- Experience of developing successful relationships internally and externally, cross functionally, within a matrix organization.
- Ability and willingness to travel (domestically) in order to fulfil duties of the role, expected 25% to 50% of time.
- Negotiation skills.
- Driving license.
