The GEGHA (Good Earth Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Project is one of the most significant steps in that journey and we’re looking for a practical, organised, and proactive Site Administrator to help keep our construction site running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in supporting daily construction operations and activities at the Moree Solar Farm and Green Hydrogen and Ammonia plant, including:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily contractor and visitor sign-ins, inductions and site access
- Act as the onsite contact for contractors, suppliers and project personnel
- Support logistics, deliveries, site access and temporary office setup
- Maintain daily site diaries and keep documentation, registers and permits up to date
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager
- Handle general admin including office supplies, meeting minutes, travel and procurement support
- Provide day-to-day admin support to the project team
- Demonstrate safe behaviours and uphold Hiringa’s values and site culture and support HSEQ administration related to the site
- Represent Hiringa professionally with contractors, community and stakeholders
- Support with events and activities happening on site
What you bring
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in site administration or coordination (construction, infrastructure or renewable energy would be ideal)
- Strong document control capability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy construction environment with multiple contractors
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple contractors and stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage daily diaries, reporting and site documentation
- Current driver’s licence
- Ideally local or regional candidate (Moree and surrounds)
