HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION
The Reservation Sales & Ticket Representative II guides and provides support to the Sales and Customer Service team in a Reservations Sales and Customer Service Call Center. This position reports to Manager – Reservation Sales.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responds to and resolves escalated member and guest concerns, handling highly complex situations using established policy and procedures to ensure a positive guest experience.
Supports sales call center operation by taking member and guest calls selling SDZWA products and provide other departmental support as required.
Maintains reservation and membership records accurately using established software to communicate and resolve customer service concerns.
Assists with Reservation Sales Representative development.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
JOB EXPERIENCE
Must have customer service and sales experience selling SDZWA premium and membership products.
Bilingual Spanish language skills preferred.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
High School Diploma Required.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Able to operate moderately complex computer software programs.
Must have basic mathematical knowledge and acumen to process payments.
Demonstrated ability to handle highly complex interpersonal situations with a high level of tact and diplomacy.
Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient manner.
