JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a dedicated and bilingual Chinese Concierge to join our dynamic team at Cleantech Service Group. As a Chinese Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our residents, with a primary focus on our Chinese-speaking community.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally at the front desk.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English.
- Assist with package deliveries, visitor access, and other resident requests.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking residents, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Translate communications and notices into Chinese, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Provide personalized service to residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor security systems and access control to ensure resident safety and building security.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents according to established protocols.
- Organize and facilitate community events and social activities to enhance resident engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, incidents, and maintenance requests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing reservations, maintaining resident databases, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols is an asset.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering excellent service to residents.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional certifications in customer service, hospitality, or property management are advantageous.

- Caretaker or Concierge 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service 1 year (preferred)
