About This Role:
Crusoe is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist responsible for building, owning, and executing sourcing strategies for corporate services (IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, Travel). You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from strategy and market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance management. As a key business partner to corporate leaders, you will deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management
Partner with corporate leaders to deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth
Conduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost savings, and drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
5+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities with exceptional stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence at all levels
Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)
Bonus Points:
Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment
Deep expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories
MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM)

Compensation:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $99,000 - $121,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
