Integrated Data Analytics & Insights Generation | - Aggregate and analyze data from CMAS, Asset Health Assurance Portal(AHAP) , SCADA, Project Management System, SAP, Forecasting & Scheduling, and DSM Dashboard.
- Develop ABRen-level data models and dashboard engines that produce actionable insights to improve asset performance and reliability.
- Use Python, R, and SPSS for advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and trend identification across Solar and Wind assets.
- Analyse IEX data on daily basis and forecast block-wise prices on day ahead basis for surplus power from various RE projects. Work closely with QCA and trader for overall short-term power sale strategy

Performance Monitoring & KPI Automation | - Design, monitor, and automate key KPIs for both Solar and Wind assets, including availability, PR, downtime, curtailment, energy yield, and financial metrics.
- Benchmark KPIs across OEMs, technologies, and geographies to support continuous improvement and bring operational excellence.
- Deliver regular insight reports and recommendations to O&M leadership, highlighting underperformance, improvement opportunities, and corrective actions.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Information Flow | - Act as a central liaison with O&M, engineering, IT, site teams, and external vendors to enable transparent, timely information sharing and collective problem-solving.
- Drive the integration of new assets or systems into the data analytics framework, ensuring smooth onboarding and proactive resolution of technical issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to streamline communication and enable process enhancements across teams.

Continuous Improvement & Digital Innovation | - Evaluate evolving portfolio needs and user feedback to recommend enhancements to data models, analytics modules, and dashboard functionality.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in renewable energy analytics to drive innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
- Support training and adoption of digital tools within O&M teams, promoting data-driven culture and continuous learning.

Data Lake Development & Data Normalization | - Along with IT Team, lead the foundation and ongoing development of the ABRen Datalake, ensuring seamless ingestion and normalization of diverse datasets.
- Establish robust ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistent integration from multiple sources and protocols.
- Document and resolve data structure/quality issues, maintaining high standards for timestamp and signal reliability.
