What you will do:
- You will spend time learning the business, rotating through various operational areas.
- You will work alongside our team members to develop an in-depth understanding of each operation.
- You can develop your operational knowledge and leadership skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- You will gain a comprehensive learning experience and real-world business experience that will jumpstart your career after graduation.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Skills, Experience, Education, and Training:
- Completed at least two years of college education, working towards a degree in Environmental studies, business, economics, or other related degrees.
- This program is ideal for students between their sophomore and junior years.
- Capable take direction from leadership, mentors, and managers to execute projects.
- Currently enrolled and in good standing at an accredited college/university.
- Ability to report onsite. This position is not remote.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to be effective in complex projects with ambiguity or rapid change.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on accuracy and completeness.
Physical Demands:
- Sit/Stand up for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
- Wear Level D PPE when required: work clothes, safety boots, high visibility clothing, safety glasses, and hard hats.
PPE will be provided for this position. This position will report to an Operations Manager.
The hourly rate for this position is $18.50
