In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you’ll drive the design and delivery of innovative sustainability-focused technology products. As a Manager you’ll lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results. This role offers a unique opportunity to connect sustainability ambitions with tangible digital outcomes, making a significant impact on enterprise sustainability goals.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- 8 years of experience in Product Ownership or Program Management within Capital Projects & Infrastructure, project delivery, sustainability, ESG, or digital transformation domains.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Demonstrating sustainability domain knowledge across multiple pillars
- Understanding ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations
- Exposure to sustainability analytics tools and carbon accounting solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Power Platform, or similar ESG platforms.
- Knowledge of AI and data-driven decision-making, including GenAI for sustainability insights.
- Experience integrating sustainability data with ERP, CRM, or analytics systems.
- Experience with digital twins, portfolio analytics, workflow automation, and predictive project controls.
- Background in consulting or client-facing delivery roles within technology or ESG transformation.
