Minimum Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field, preferably in real estate, business, sustainability or environmental science.
- Candidates should possess a high level of initiative and be able to work independently.
- A working level of English is required for this role.
- Team player who works effectively with others to achieve identified business outcomes.
Competencies / Desired Characteristics:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of renewable energy certificates (RECs), carbon offsets, and other market-based mechanisms.
- Self-starter and strong work ethic.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to deal effectively with people and work in diverse teams.
- Ability to set and meet multiple priorities, initiatives and to take on new challenges.
Organization Relationships:
This position will interact with branch colleagues, leadership staff, and office /warehouse personnel. Must be able to work with customers, vendors, and outside organizations.
Work Environment:
