💼 What You’ll Do
🔎 Support the E&S team in the efficient and accurate collection, organisation, and management of environmental and social (E&S) and impact data for private equity and private debt investments
🗂 Assist in maintaining robust E&S data systems, ensuring reliability and integrity of records to underpin portfolio decision-making
🌐 Coordinate with portfolio companies and operational leads to uphold high standards of data quality and consistency
💻 Manage the online E&S and impact data platform, overseeing data security, user access, and integration with reporting tools
📊 Analyse E&S datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and generate portfolio-level insights for the team
📋 Monitor and report on portfolio compliance with international standards and local regulations, escalating issues and supporting remedial actions as needed
🤝 Assist with E&S risk and impact assessments during due diligence and throughout the investment lifecycle, under the guidance of senior team members
👀 Who We’re Looking For
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, sustainability, or a related field
🗂 3–5 years’ professional experience in E&S data analysis and reporting, ideally within the investment sector, preferably with private equity or private debt exposure
🌍 Familiarity with E&S frameworks and standards, such as IFC, SASB, GRI, or UN PRI
✅ Competency in data management tools (Excel, Power BI, reporting platforms); knowledge of ESG analytics software is an advantage
📈 Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate technical findings to support the E&S team
📝 Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment, with a collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork
✈️ Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. Willingness to travel.
