TITLE: Sales Director of Sustainable Packaging
POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for the sales and distribution of company’s products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
4-year college degree required
Prefer 15 years of sales and marketing experience in a plastic pallet and dunnage industry.
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Sales Director defines the sales goals for the company and ensures its execution. This role is expected to ensure the development of new sales leads, and he/she must effectively service already existing ones and new products opportunities. A primary focus of this role is expanding our presence in automation-driven packaging programs
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:
Ability to travel multiple overnights
