Mandatory:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum of 1 year experience of floor cleaning, 1 year experience using a floor machine, high speed buffing machine and an extraction carpet shampoo machine.
- Must have knowledge of how to properly strip, wax, and seal commercial tile.
- Shift work is required (day shift & night shift) must be flexible.
- All Environmental Specialists will load and unload their own equipment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen in order to obtain required NASA badge.
Must be able to provide a certified Birth Certificate (with state seal), Passport, or INS Citizenship documents on date of hire (candidate will be sent home if this paperwork is not provided upon arrival on date of hire).
Must have the ability to communicate the English language, both verbally and written, in an effective manner.
Must have, and maintain, a valid Real ID driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment background check and drug screen test.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Dexterity to operate office equipment as required by the position.
