Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

<\/div>
â Lead the development and execution of the organisation's annual budgeting process, financial strategy, & multi\-year forecasting.
<\/span><\/p>
â Design, implement, and evaluate programs in line with the organization's strategic plan and mission.
<\/span><\/p>
â Lead organisational strategy development, research, M & E, and knowledge management.
<\/span><\/p>
â Drive donor engagement, proposal writing, and new business development.
<\/span><\/p>
â Build strategic partnerships across sectors (government, donors, private sector, CSOs).
<\/span><\/p>
â Ensure program alignment with national policies, global trends, and survivor needs.
<\/span><\/p>
â Oversee research, advocacy, and policy initiatives that drive system\-level change.
<\/span><\/p>
â Manage a team of program officers, M&E specialists, and partnership officers where applicable
<\/span><\/p>
â Report on program effectiveness, scale readiness, and sustainability to the Executive Director.
<\/span><\/p>
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/span><\/p>
â Masterâs degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or a related field.
<\/span><\/p>
â 5â7 years of program leadership experience, with strong M&E and partnership development expertise and 3 years in a leadership role within a nonprofit.
<\/span><\/p>
â Proven success in scaling programs, managing donor relations, and policy influence.
<\/span><\/p>
â Exceptional communication, storytelling, and cross\-sector negotiation skills.
<\/span><\/p>
â Ability to think big\-picture and translate strategy into results.
<\/span><\/p>
