💼 What You’ll Do
🔎 Conduct environmental & social (E&S) risk assessments and due diligence on new and existing investments
📋 Ensure compliance with international standards (IFC, Equator Principles, UN PRI) and local regulations
📊 Monitor and report on E&S performance of portfolio companies and projects
🤝 Engage and train stakeholders – investment teams, portfolio companies, and partners – in E&S best practices
🌱 Measure impact and drive ESG integration across investments
👀 Who We’re Looking For
🎓 Degree in engineering, environmental management, sciences or related field (Master’s is a plus)
🗂 6–8 years’ E&S risk management experience, ideally within private investment or development finance in food & agribusiness
🌍 Knowledge of African agricultural value chains and community engagement
✅ Proven track record with international E&S standards and regulatory compliance
📈 Skilled in stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
📝 Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English (French a strong advantage)
✈️ Willingness to travel
