The role supports EPC execution by managing detailed schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, LNG industry standards, and project controls procedures.
Develop grassroots scope
Establish detailed WBS aligned with LNG process units, utilities, offsites, marine facilities, and infrastructure
Build fully logic-linked schedules with minimal constraints and sound critical path integrity
Integrate engineering deliverables (IFR/IFC), procurement milestones (PO placement, fabrication, delivery), and construction work packages
Develop construction and commissioning sequencing for LNG process trains, utilities, and balance of plant
Incorporate engineering deliverables, model reviews, vendor data, and AFC/IFC milestones
Integrate long-lead equipment schedules (e.g., liquefaction compressors, cold boxes, cryogenic heat exchangers, LNG storage tanks)
Coordinate with procurement and expediting teams to reflect fabrication, FAT, shipping, and site delivery logic
Monitor vendor schedules and incorporate approved recovery plans
