Critical Experience
The candidate must have significant experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and broader automation technologies, as these constitute the core of maintenance and process control within the battery pack manufacturing domain.
A solid background in battery assembly is highly desirable, providing an understanding of the intricacies and quality requirements associated with electric vehicle battery production. Experience in leading or supervising maintenance teams adds a valuable dimension, highlighting capabilities in team management, training, and operational leadership.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for conducting failure mode analyses and executing preventive maintenance strategies effectively. Familiarity with servo drives, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, HVAC controls, and industrial safety standards further distinguishes top candidates.
The role demands proactive engagement with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders, requiring excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach to continuously drive operational excellence.
