Job Description Summary:
Nadara is expanding its pan-European renewable platform and is looking for a M&A & Brownfield Investments Senior Manager to drive brownfield origination and M&A execution across key markets. This role combines strategic sourcing, complex deal leadership and cross-border execution within a fast-growing international environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying value-accretive opportunities and supporting Nadara’s long-term portfolio growth across solar, wind and storage assets.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Brownfield Origination (Pan-Europe)
Build and manage a pipeline across core markets (IT, PT, ES, UK, FR) spanning solar, wind and storage.
Develop proprietary deal flow through relationships with developers, IPPs, advisors, funds, OEMs and utilities.
Monitor market dynamics including remuneration schemes, grid constraints, repowering frameworks and regulatory evolution.

3. Deal Structuring & Negotiation
Define optimal transaction structures (share/asset deals, SPVs, carve-outs, refinancing, grid and land transfers).
Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, exclusivity and LOIs/MoUs.
Partner with Legal to adapt documentation to local jurisdictions.
4. Investment Case & Financial Analysis
5. Due Diligence Leadership
Coordinate cross-border technical, financial and legal due diligence.
Translate DD outcomes into risk mitigation strategies and value optimisation actions.
6. Execution & Closing
Lead CP management and closings across multiple legal systems, liaising with lenders, advisors and partners.
Ensure effective handover to Asset Management and Operations.
Experience & Skills
Experience
>8 years in M&A or Corporate Development, ideally within renewables or infrastructure.
Proven track record originating and executing transactions across multiple European markets (at least two of: IT, PT, ES, UK, FR).
Strong experience managing complex cross-border deal processes and external stakeholder
Skills
Advanced understanding of valuation, financial modelling and scenario analysis.
Ability to challenge technical assumptions and external advisors.
Strong negotiation skills and cross-cultural stakeholder management.
Solid knowledge of European renewable regulatory frameworks.
High autonomy, ownership mindset and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
Fluent English; Italian, Spanish, French or Portuguese are a plus.
